Wedding Floral Investment

For: Couples hosting intimate weddings who want custom floral design but have someone available to pick up, care for, and set up their flowers.

Following the ceremony and designated photography, our team will seamlessly transition the ceremony arrangements to their reception placement. Floral pieces will be carefully relocated and refreshed as needed so the reception space is fully styled and ready for guests.

Careful relocation of ceremony arrangements to the reception while minimizing disruption to guests, photography, and other vendors.
Floral editing and refinement as needed to refresh each arrangement for its reception placement.
Coordination with the event timeline to ensure repurposed arrangements are in place for the reception.

Our team will return to the venue at the conclusion of the event and/or the following day, as required by venue policies, to dismantle installations and collect rental items.
Includes:
Removal of all floral designs and installations in accordance with venue policies.
Disposal of used florals and candles.
Retrieval, inspection, cleaning, and restocking of all rental inventory.
After-hours mileage and on-site time for the breakdown team.
What does production and service include?
What can we expect from your team on the wedding day?
Our team will coordinate with your planner ahead of time to establish an arrival time that allows your personal flowers to be delivered before/as your photography coverage begins. This means that your bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and flat lay blooms will be ready for your photographer to capture with your wedding details.
From there, our team will begin installing your ceremony and reception florals based on the timeline and venue requirements. This may include loading flowers into the ballroom, draping the staircase with foliage, or adding wreaths to the entrance doors before placing your compotes and candles at each guest table.
If we are repurposing items from your ceremony to the reception, our team will stay on-site (and out of sight) during your ceremony. Once photos have been completed in that space, our team will quickly and efficiently move those arrangements to their designated spaces in the reception. Any redesign or restructuring needed will take place at this time.
Once you’ve had your final dance and your guests have celebrated the grand exit sendoff, our team will return to the venue to begin tearing down any floral installations and removing all of the floral arrangements and rented inventory from the space. We ensure that all floral debris and floral trash has been removed from the premises in accordance with venue requirements.

There isn't a formula for how your floral investment needs to be divided. A $5,000 event might prioritize abundant reception tablescapes, while another might put more of its investment toward one unforgettable ceremony installation.
